Rental Terms and Conditions
 

Rental Policy

All Event Space reservations are not final until the down payments are paid and the Event Rental Contract has been

signed. The security deposit and all fees are required at least 2 weeks before the event.

Occupancy 
The maximum capacity of Elegance Unveiled Event Studio is 70 people seated and 100 standing, including all

attendees and event vendors

Alcohol 

No person may possess or consume alcoholic beverages unless appropriate ABC permits have been issued where

applicable. The Renter is required to have a licensed bartender to serve.

 

Smoking  

Smoking, smokeless tobacco, and vaping are not permitted.

 

Pets 

No pets are permitted in the event studio. Exception for service animals and ESAs.

 

Guest Conduct 

The Renter is responsible for the conduct of all guests during the rental period. Any public nuisance may result in

ejection and the denial of future reservations by the Event Staff or Law Enforcement at their discretion.

 

Cleaning

The Renter must clean and inspect the event space, ensuring the removal of all trash, decorations, and other event-

related items. Failure to do so will result in forfeiture of the security deposit. When disposing of  trash, please replace   the receptacle with a new bag and deposit tied trash bags into the dumpster carts located in the rear parking lot.

 

Damages

The Damage fee is mandatory to cover any facility damage. It may be refunded if the Event Staff confirms that all         Rental Agreement conditions have been met. If any part of this Rental Agreement is violated, the security deposit

will cover damages incurred during the event.

 

Cancellations

Cancellations must be made in writing via email (not text) or by direct verbal communication (no voicemail)

 

  • All Retainer Fees(deposits) are non-refundable. 

  • Cancellations made between 30-59 days before the event may be eligible for a partial refund

  • Cancellations made less than 29 days before the event are non-refundable.

  • Any rental/add-on cancellations are subject to a 50% refund.

  • Postponements may be accommodated based on availability and are subject to rescheduling fees.

The venue is not responsible for issues such as weather, travel disruptions, or circumstances affecting guests or  

attendees.

 

ALL CANCELLATIONS ARE SUBJECT TO A MINIMUM LOSS OF $500

 

Government Mandate

  • If we are unable to operate due to a government mandate (such as COVID-19 or similar events) that forces postponement or cancellation 45 days or more before the rental date, you will receive a full

        refund with no cancellation fee. This will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.Otherwise, no refunds will be issued           for cancellations.

 

 Age Requirements 

All Renters must be at least 21 years of age. All events must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.

 

Events with Attendees Under Age 21

Adult Supervision:

  •  A minimum of 1 adult chaperone (aged 25+) are required for every 5 attendees under the age of 21.

  • Chaperones must remain on the premises for the entire duration of the event.

 

 No Alcohol Policy

  •  Alcoholic beverages are strictly prohibited at events where the primary attendees are under the age of 21. Elegance Unveiled reserves the right to check for and confiscate any alcohol brought onto the premises.

 

 Security Measures

  • Elegance Unveiled Event Studio requires a professional security guard on-site for events expecting 25 or more guests  under the age of 21. Security personnel must be hired through an approved agency or contracted through the venue.

 

Rental Rates

Rental rates are subject to change at any time. Reservations made before a rate increase will be honored.

 

End of Event 

Renters are expected to leave the event space and the grounds in good condition at the end of their event.

 

Rentals 

All rentals must be dropped off and picked up within your allotted rental time. Any requests for early arrival or late

pickup must be discussed and confirmed with the venue staff at least two weeks beforehand and may incur additional charges. Failure to notify will result in a $100+ deduction from your security deposit.

 

Physical Damages

The owner will NOT be liable for any physical damages, or injuries to guests at the event, or for using any

equipment available at the venue. Renter shall be held liable for any legal actions, and/or loss of reputation or      

business opportunities that Owner may incur as a consequence of the actions of Renter or any of Renter’s guests

while Renter is in control of the venue, and shall indemnify and hold harmless the Owner against all legal actions             which may arise from Renter’s use of the venue.
